Hardworking, Entrepreneurial, Energetic, Passionate, Ethical, and Creative are just a few words to describe Darlisa. She takes pride in delivering effective strategies with regard to business development, strategic planning, and Entrepreneurial growth. She is dedicated to rendering effective outcomes and helping individuals reach their desired goals and potentials through practical understanding and applied learning. She is seasoned in areas of leadership, stewardship, and guidance to all those of whose paths she crosses.

Building solid relationships and impacting change is what she does best.   Known in the business world as “The Small Business Practitioner”, Darlisa has not only been an asset to the small business world, but also an inspiration.  Evolving from a corporate background and taking a giant leap of faith, She has assisted over 400 small businesses over the past 6 years and is seasoned in Entrepreneur education and strategic planning.  She has provided service to several major small business organizations such as:  America's SBDC, Missouri Small Business Development Center, Grace Hill Women’s Business Center, The Small Business Administration (SBA) and many others, assisting with Entrepreneurial growth and development within the community.  She has served on various advisory boards, community forums, and professional platforms providing training, strategic insights and business development models.

Darlisa has spoken on various platforms across the United States including the University of Missouri- Columbia, The Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at UT Dallas, The John F. Kennedy Center of Washington D.C., and many others.   She has been a part of various conferences, workshops, seminars, and community resource efforts to enhance the entrepreneurial culture and provide sound revelation to entrepreneurs across the world.  

In early 2014, Darlisa started an organization called Y.E.P! (Youth Entrepreneurial Platform), where students grades 3-8 learn practical skills in entrepreneurship with a focus on character building, leadership, and self-respect. She is passionate about the inspiring youth to strive to their full potential.  Through this program, she has touched the lives of over 150 children, and is expanding her reach on a daily bases.  

What is she up to NOW?

Because of her passion for Entrepreneurship, Darlisa continues to follow the vision she believes the Lord has given her.  She is currently working with clients all over the world and is known as The Virtual Consultant!  She continues her work with Non-Profit Organizations and Small Businesses, helping them to understand where their business currently is and helping them to map out the process to where they would like to be.  As far as the youth program, she has expanded her market and is now serving the St. Louis Missouri, Memphis TN, and Dallas/Fort Worth communities.

Darlisa’s life’s passions include:  Increasing her walk with Christ, Spending time with her family, helping others, meeting new people, and working hard to achieve the goals she has set for her life.
